Actually, both pages have a submit form. Besides that, I'd recommend you both to include a sitemap.xml file on your site and to validate your website with them.site: yourwebsite in Yahoo to access the control panelsign in on Google and look for Webmaster Tools for G.

To get a good page rank, the first thing you must do is to generate quality on your web pages. That way, search engines will think you are very important as you have quality information. The next thing you do is to get as many sites as possible with a page rank(PR) higher than yours to point to your site. You should also put their links on your site. You get one point for each site that links to you and two points if you link to them. The third thing is to submit your site to as many directories as possible. and the last thing is to always keep abreast of latest Google news on how to increase PR on their site and on their blog

You can also do a search, and there are sites that will submit your site to all the major search engines. I would however do the sitemap thing stated above, it will help immensly.

There are a large number of software providers who will submit your site for you. Beyond that, whoever hosts your site should have something they offer as a "value added" bonus of sorts. The cost is next to nothing. From there you want to accomplish a number of things.First: make sure you have a large number of pages, each with a single keyword or phrase focus. This way you will cater to both humans reading as well as spiders searching. The spiders (example: googlebot) will run down the face of each page and determine what the central theme is based on the number and placement of keywords. Second: links. You want to have links from your page to other pages, as well as from other pages to your page. The bottom line is this: getting to top page ranking takes at least 6 months if everything is set up correctly. The competition for this placement is massive and fierce. Just about every SEO guru on the planet seems to have a new trick for getting up there. But the simple reality is that so long as you're on the first page you should do just fine.

You can submit in each of the search engines but its a hard job and a waste of valuable time. There are many softwares which help for submitting in various search engines at the same time. I am using WebCEO, with which we can submit to various search engines at the same time and also, check your page rank, optimize your site for keywords, check for invalid links and much more... It can also manage multiple site at the same time and provide monitoring reports and site uptime details...

Their latest version WebCEO 7.0 has released recently. It provides a free version too.

WebCEO Site: http://www.webceo.com/
Download WebCEO 7.0: http://www.webceo.com/download/

While submitting to google, check the google webmaster tools too...
