Default How to hack into Administrator's password.

This is simple as pie. You will be able to change the Administrator's password if it is password protected.
    First,
    go on Start>Run>Type cmd>Type net user * Administrator> enter a new password>>confirm your password.
Then, log off or switch users, then, login as admin, and type the password you entered in the cmd screen.

    Good day.,

    Its not working for me....

    What I get is:

    C:\Documents and Settings\welcome>net user * Administrator 123456
The syntax of this command is:

    NET USER
    [username [password | *] [options]] [/DOMAIN]
    username {password | *} /ADD [options] [/DOMAIN]
    username [/DELETE] [/DOMAIN]

But you have to already be logged in as Admin to change to admin password. Quite a big flaw in the 'hacking' in my opinion.

Is it actually safe to try, or do you risk not being able to log in anymore?

It is completely safe and fine to do if done properly.

I have a better tutorial that I have written up located at wired.profusehost.net - Forgotten Windows Password .

If you still have any problems with trying this or still have questions post below and I will answer your posts or email me from my email link in my signature.

Yes, sorry Bizzard you are right!

I have been moving my site over to a new domain and I had deleted that part of my site without re-linking it to the new site.

    Sorry for the confusion..

It should work for xp sp2 as I have tried it before on my pc.

    The link is itconstruct.com.au - Home .

Let me know if you would like me to check the article.

Why not jus simply doing Run > control userpasswords2 ?
It has always worked best for me...... I don't see why people make this such a hard task to do when it can be done ever so simply.. LoL

Yes sometimes you can but sometimes it is impossible to do it depending on the permissions you have to access things on a pc.

I am unsure whether a limited user can still use control userpasswords2 but the command line version can be used by anyone with access to command prompt.

Yeah you can use control userpasswords2 under "Run" to change the password of the admin account.

I would recommend this then using the command prompt, as command prompt is usually blocked out from users in protected computers, espcially the ones in school
