Default Firefox vs Safari (PC Version)

hi! i'm using Safari Beta 3 for about 2 days now, and i've observed that safari loads faster than firefox.

my browsing experience speeds up to 3x more than in firefox, this is based on my Pentium D 930 @ 3.2GHz, with 2GB of RAM.

I've been using firefox for 1 year or two now. It still loads faster than any browser i try. I know this not related but sometimes the more ram i have the faster my internet gets. lol

I use Safari for years (typical mac user), I especially like it cause of the widget feature. if I want to watch a page I just click the widget button and then I can generate my own widget

I find Firefox i little safer. I don't KNow. It just feels safer cause people tell me it has security tools. Safari is okay but I go with Firefox.

Performed a test on my pc with the safari in firefox, like most of firefox found more intuitive.

Translated from Portuguese into English with the power of google translator.

I think safari is designed for Macs it is build on the webpackage inside Mac OS X so it runs best on the Mac (even faster than firefox) but this can not be transfered to windows, cause the windows framework is different. that is what I think !

@snoop

Apple is generating a Beta release of Safari for windows and now on its stage 3 beta, however there are still a lot of bugs, but i could say, based on my experience, safari on windows might also be considered as faster web browser. (just my own opinion)

Yes I know they have a windows version as well but I am not sure if it is the similar code. Cause for example Microsoft office for Mac looks and works totally different from Microsoft Office for Windows, they only use the same file extensions. So I thought it might be the same with Safari.
