Default Should I buy a new pc or buy windows 7 for my 2ghz, 2gb RAM dual core?

Here are my current specs:

AMD Athlon X2 4000+
2gb ddr2 667mhz RAM
256mb geforce 7300 PCI express video card

I cannot upgrade my RAM because the motherboard I am using has a maximum capacity of 2gb.

Should I just buy a full version of Windows 7, or invest in a new PC?

What if I was use Windows 7 with a dedicated 8gb readyboost flash drive? Would that be enough to get the equivalent of a 4gb RAM machine?

I will not be doing any gaming. Also, I really want the prodessional version of Windows 7, and most new pc's come only with the home premium editions.

So.... Buy a new PC, or just buy Windows 7 Professional and a readyboost 8gb flash drive?
