To test graphic capabilities I use a program called 3D Benchmark, it's what all the computer websites and magazines use to test configurations of computers.

That's a good thing to use, that 3D Benchmark. Of course, you can always go the old-fashioned way and just play the games on all the different settings and see how well they perform (a good program to use for in-game analysis is Fraps, for basic framerate analysis).

I think in conclusion, from my experience of graphics cards, the answer is yes - your computer WILL be able to play the latest games on the highest settings.

you got a series 8 gpu there on your laptop. that would be definitely be enough to let you play those games. But if the game starts to lag you can always decrease your display setting.

I am not sure if the CPU is fast enough, cause Intel Core2 Duo Processor T5250 - 1.5 GHz seem to be a bit slow. But I do not know about those games and if they already support multiple CPU's (which would result in an incredible performance increase)!

Well I guess you can't expect much of a laptop if you are a gamer. But thats T5250 of yours would be fine in gaming. I'm using a T7200 or T700 (2.0GHz) for my laptop. I don't play though I just need the speed for the software i use. But video cards carry your system while your gaming.

I use the t7600 2,33 and it is really incredible power for a notebook, but I do not need it for gaming. I use it to emulate software environments to test my web sides.

me too. I use to run Netbeans for our Java Programming and that compiler take too much resources. But after that I didn't use my laptop much except when I go to coffee shops. I use my pc for my web sides. My 2GB ram seems not enough for dreamweaver cs3 and photoshop cs2. Since system error says i need more ram. -_-

What ? I am not sure about the windows requirements but I think it should work. Both dreamweaver and photoshop (both cs3) run very well on the Macbook Pro I have. (But not on my one, cause I do not have the money to spend on such high quality software).

I guess there's a bug or memory leak when using both dreamweaver cs3 and photoshop cs2 on windows. I don't feel any lag though when using them but the error just keeps on popping out.
