How to show adsense ads below post title in wordpress

For this tutorial, I'll be working with default wordpress theme.

1. log into your ftp and go the your theme folder -

/username/public_html/wp-content/themes/default

2. download and edit single.php

3. look for the following code -

<a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title(); ?>"><?php the_title(); ?></a>

After add the ad code

4. save the file and upload it to your ftp
