| Reason for cancellation: 1: Support gave me completely false and misleading information regarding recent problem. 2. None of my support requests were responded to in less than 4 to 8 hours. 3. My latest support request requesting that my account be moved to paid hosting is being completely ignored. 4. I am moving my account to chimehost.com with absolutely no assistance whatsoever from the so - called support department because they are completely ignoring me. There are countless posts in the forums, mainly from John, stating how happy and helpful Profuse will be should a transition from free hosting to paid hosting be desired. This is clearly not true. 5. I find it very interesting that support is giving me MUCH more attention and responding MUCH more quickly to my needs related to the new and PAID chimehost.com account. 6. Profuse is a great deal so long as absolutely no support is required. I would still highly recommend Profuse for people who want free hosting with NO SUPPORT. |

| 1. The person who responded to you made a mistake and we apologize for that. For some reason, he thought you were a paid hosting client 2. If you are submitting a ticket, you should get a reply within few hours. If i show you the internal notes, you will see that I and other senior admins were really mad at the response that our staff gave because it really complicated things. You were on a free web hosting server and our staff said its okay to have SSL when free web hosting server doesn't support it. Therefore, our staff just waited for the senior tech to look into it, which probably lead to longer response time. 3. Our staff has already moved your account to paid hosting server once they got a green light. 4. As for Profuse Host support, we do try our best to answer all questions we get through our ticket system but our paid hosting clients get higher priority. The forum support system is not official support and none of our staff members come here to answer questions. If our clients need support, they should always submit a ticket. If it's a critical situation, they can start a live chat. Please keep in mind, Profuse Host is a free web hosting company and we are not a profitable company either. Therefore, we are limited on resources especially when it comes to staff members. However, we have enough staff to monitor the server 24/7 and take care of any critical problems such as downtime, load etc. |

| I've had to contact support a few times now and it's always been pretty fast and succesful. I'm very happy with the support Profusehost provides and really.. considering it's free, the support is excellent. It's better than the support I get from a few paid services. |

| The support from the profusehost team is better than what I thought of a free hosting provider. I have paid hosting accounts too and while comparing the response time by mail, both took almost the same time. But, the difference with paid hosting is that they provide online chat support, but still asks for a detailed mail for most of the issues. |

| 1.you are not paying for this service. 2.u get almost all the techs that other free hosts give in paid hosting ,without a dime. 4.as you are not a paid customer, profuse is not committed to you about immediate response. it's fair to response within 24 days. 5.they even charge you a least price in paid hosting. these guyz are not so commercial. 6.try to be greatful in life. what do you expect with 15 posts a month? |
