Profuse team have always been so much responsive. I have never failed to contact them.Doesn matter how long it takes,the fact is, they respond on every call.

I don't know yet.... i've had an issue for about... a while...
It's only been a day so far, but it feels like forever....
I need help with my problem ASAP or part of my site is going to have to close...

you have to think about the time difference.as you are not a paid host,profuse team will solve the paid clients' problems then yours.

yeah.most of other hosts response on the first call but if you have to reach them several times on your issue they just keep silence. but profuse will deal with your problem as long as it is not solved.
