    Default Hire more Administrators/Moderator

As I see, you guys are not really active on this forum to moderate, prune posts.
You should set out a job application to hire more moderators/administrators, and you should hire someone depending on how active they are, in order to improve this forum. You should hire at least 8-9 moderators/administrators.
And you should give them a time to moderate this forum, and when their time is up, another moderator/administrator will come on, and they will take up the time, and the next, until so on...So this forum can be moderated 24/7. You should also hire a back up admin, so if a moderator/admin could not come on, on their time, the backup admin will take their place. Tell me what you think.

we are a free hosting company and we are not in position to hire more admins or moderators. We already have system admins who monitor the servers and we already have a support staff that will answer your tickets. Also, we have no plans to hire members because majority of them will eventually quit after few months.

Well, maybe you can agree to a contract, and if they does not follow it, their accounts will all be suspended.
Well, if I have any more ideas, I will post it up, and hear some compliments. As I can see, all three of my suggestions have been disapproved, but that's ok, maybe some other time, when I get more ideas.

I believe that it would be good to have a moderator on the forum full time and if possible another admin which is needed less. You could employ a member such as myself that have been on the forum for a long time post quite often and have used the hosting service for a long time to help out and you could negotiate the exact details of the employment and how it all works.

I need there is no need for a administrator or moderator now. Our forum is pretty clean. I have came across so many forum which has lot of spams and ads posted by the user. Our forum is pretty clean compared to that ones.

Yeah it is but it might make it easier in administration and free support for other users than what it currently is so that their can be less restrictions again and post for host can be point based possibly.

I miss real ruby on rails support, I asked some questions about ruby on rails and there was nobody able to answer, if you need an Moderator, just contact me.

I have minor knowledges about html, css, php, perl, ruby (as well as ruby on rails), javascript, and delphi (Pascal). I can handle with Unix operation systems as well as with windows and I know about the internal architecture inside an computer.

Pricing: I offer my services for an post-2-host plan, but without an required number of posts every month. If there are any open questions I am going to answer, but I do not like to be forced to post, because in my opinion this increases the number of non sense posts.

    Interested, just contact me !

Ok, I am a Moderator now, so if there are any questions about ruby on rails hosting or any general question about hosting with profusehost.net, just post your question in the free web hosting support topic and John, George or I are going to answer as soon as possible.

Snoop1990 has been in the forum as a moderator for a few months and now couldn't see any posts from him. His last post was before a month. Don't know what happened to him.

If you need any moderators now, I am ready. I am here for more than two and a half years and will continue, till a major change happen with the free hosting service.

    Hey,
sorry for delay but I left the staff team, as profusehost.net can no longer (since the new server arrived) offer the features I need for my development. I talked to John that I need those features but he said he can not give them away. Therefore I left profusehost.net . I am sorry !
