Please look at the possibility of having a Chat Support to users which will provide an instant solution to the users facing problem

I think the current support system itself is a great one for a free host. For a chat support, support staff must be online 24hrs and I think a free hosting company cannot afford that much.

I am fully satisfied with the current support system.

we do offer chat support, all you have to do is visit Shared Web hosting solutions by psychz networks and click on live chat. Give them your domain, username and let them know you are "Profuse Host" client.

We don't have this link on our site because chat support is mainly for paid hosting clients but if it's an emergency, free web hosting clients should use the "live chat" option.
