godaddy search engine visibility question?

hi i recently payed for the search engine visibility engine on godaddy.com
so idid all the necessary things and clicked on submit.
it showed a list of search engines, and when clicked on them, was redirected to the site. i typed my url to be publish and this message came up:
Your site URL has been successfully added to our list of URLs to crawl. Please note that we do not add all submitted URLs to our index, and we cannot make any predictions or guarantees about when or if they will appear.

I hope you didn't pay for that service. To get listed in search engines, all you need is links back to your site and you will eventually get listed. Here are few things I recommend if you want to get listed in search engine -

- submit to free directories
- comment on other people's blog with your url
- submit your sites to digg.com, reddit.com, stubleupon etc
