Default Article Directory Submission

I've come accross some software and many, many sites offering a list of hundereds of article sites for submission.

Only they all seem to want you to phsically fill in a form with the article content.

Do i really want to be wasting my time doing this, surely these sites just need me to submit the URL of my RSS Articles feed for them to pick up my articles?

Are these Article submission sites a waste of time

Article is just a scam type of thing. Buff masters are earning so much money on internet by saying that by writing articles there's a future of lots of money. It's not true. I have never seen anyone earning with writing articles.

Default Don't waste your time this

You don't have to waste your time submitting your content to such directories. It is true that the number of backlinks to your web page may increase. But its not going to make your website pagerank to increase. Instead I suggest, if your website is full of unique content and if you think people will love to read it then go to forums which are strongly related to your content and post it.

Umm, anything for free does not hurt. If the submissions is free, do it! But, don't expect amazing results out of it.
Rather, list your site in directories such as DMOZ, Yahoo!, etc.
