How can I transfer my site to Chime Host?

Our staff can transfer the site to our servers if your current host is utilizing cPanel/WHM platform. Please follow the following steps for site transfer -
1. Make sure your account is active with your current host. You can cancel your hosting once the files are transferred to our servers.
2. Sign up at Chime Host and wait for the account to be approved
3. Once approved, submit a ticket to our support department with login information to your old hosting account. Our suppor staff will intitiate the site transfer and will contact you once the process is complete.
