Yes, you are welcome to host your friends or relatives as long you are not charging them for the web hosting. Also, keep in mind that hosting others might require you to share your cPanel login information with them and this can be a security risk for your website. If you do wish to host others, we highly recommend that you get a reseller account because in that case each invidual will get his or her own cPanel login information. Under reseller hosting, you can also sell hosting to others.
