This article covers the whole process of web hosting and steps that are required by our clients to have their website up and running

1. Sign up at Chime Host
2. If you already have a domain, you will need to update the nameserver information at your registrar to make the domain work with our servers.
   • Please use the following nameserver for your domain and allow 24-48 hours for the changes to take place -
   • • ns6.chimehost.com. ['208.87.243.238']
     • ns7.chimehost.com. ['205.234.103.52']
   • If you registering a new domain, you don't have to worry about updating any nameserver because we will take care of the registering of the domain and the nameserver.
3. Once you submit you web hosting application, please allow 24 hours for the account approval. We verify all application to prevent abusers from using our servers.
4. Once your web hosting application is approved, you will get the welcome email with your account details.
   • If you wish to transfer your cPanel/WHM based site to our server, please use the following steps -
     • Make sure your account is active with your current host. You can cancel your hosting once the files are transferred to our servers.
     • Once approved, submit a ticket to our support department with login information to your old hosting account. Our suppor staff will intitiate the site transfer and will contact you once the process is complete.
5. You will be mostly working with your site control panel and you can access it using http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
