How do i run php script on a windows moblile pda (hp iPaq)?

i need to develop a mobile program which is basically a form that needs to keep saving the values entered. i thought of creating a php script to save the data into a text file/xml. any ideas on how to use php on windows mobile? anyway other suggestions might also help. thx
