Now it is:

The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 100 characters.

Sorry, do not get me wrong, but the at least 100 characters limit depends on all post. This is NOT the post to host option !!! Post 2 Host Posts still should have at least 50 words, as far as I know !
