I am interested to know the status on this situation as well. That post you are referring to Bizzard was mine, and it's been several days since I submitted the ticket and I haven't heard anything. I really hope I will be able to change to Post for Host as some of the ads that have popped up on my site are just awful and I am eager to get rid of them.

Yes it would seem that we really need to fix this if it is still an issue so that users can change their plans when and if necessary.

The issue was fixed long time ago and I did update the first post with an update. If you submitted package change request and still haven't heard from us, please start a topic in support section.
