 Internet Access Help!!!!!!? I was trying to download something and it told me to update my computer. It automatically took my to microsoft update and updated the computer. When I turn it on again I can't get access to the Internet. I am connected to the network but not the internet. My modem says it has internet connection. I need to get this fixed. Also my Norton 360 will not start when I startup the computer. When I manual start up the computer it doesn't work. I double click on the icon and then nothing. I've tried right clicking but that does not work either. I need this fixed. If you can help thanks.      |
