My family just switched internet service providers, and I can't access my e- mail! Is there any way that I can?

If your e-mail was on your old ISP's domain, your family shouldn't have switched providers without consulting you. It is likely your account has gone forever, but try going onto your old ISP's website and looking for a webmail option. You might be lucky.

E-mail? Do you mean the mail on your Outlook express which has been offered to you by your ISP? If it is, you might have lost it. You can still try by reaching your ISP for further help.
