Does MSN have a sitemap submitter?

Hi Guys,
I want to know whether MSN has a service like

Google Webmasters
http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/

Yahoo Site Explorer
https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com

i have been searching the whole web & i have heard that they don't possess a thing like this. Then how to they include our sites in their searches. i just submitted to them. i didn't submit my sitemap to them.

Can anyone explain when they would launch such a thing or is it going to come & how is it going to be.
