Default I got an Apple 23" cinema view monitor but donot have apple computer.

Please guide how to connect with other ? Monitor has only one cord with 30 pins. No power supply. I hope the power is also from same supply??
Can any body guide me, how to connect this cinema view apple monitor LCD Screen with other computers?? What acceessories are required??
What is DVI and ADC?? Thanks MAB

You need a converter to get that to work with a PC. Not an ordinary DVI to VGA converter, but the apple display to VGA or DVI converter.

Can be purchased at an apple store.

Why didn't the sales guy tell you? And yes, you do need a VGA/VGI cable to adapt it as its configured to work with Macs out the box
