I still didn't get a copy of it. Has ordered for one, but not yet reached home. Have just a 150Kbps dial up connection, couldn't afford downloading a 700MB.

Hope to get a copy from friends soon, to give it a try.

Having never used Linux before, I found this rather surprisingly good. Ran faster than xp, off a cd drive. That's no mean feat to accomplish, I'll consider installing it. Problem is: I like to play games.

atlast I got my CD's from shipit, earlier than I hoped.

They have made few new additions like cleaning up the unwanted files and so. Also felt it faster than the older 8.10

Anybody who are about to change to GNU/Linux, give this a try and you will love it. Please don't complain that many media files don't work by default installation. We can't blame the developers for that. Its because of copyright problems.

@Mr. Magoolachub

There are few games with high quality graphics that works in GNU/Linux. I'll write about them after testing a few (I quit gaming 5 years ago now about to restart in my GNU/Linux system)...

Ah, I'll be trying this out soon.

Just first want to know how I can let it run in a virtual PC.

My first impression of Ubuntu 9.04 is that it is not as good as 8.10. I am waiting for 9.10 to come. And going to use 8.10 tilll the next release.
