why won't tvguide.com show the listing of channels on mozilla?

So i go to tvguide.com and click "what's on tv," then "tv listings" and i see no channels, but then it works on internet explorer, just not mozilla. Do you know if there's anything wrong w/my "grid preferences/favorite channels option"?
