I myself experience a lot of down times in x10hosting and whenever I'm posting my own thoughts (bad) with their host on their forums, they'll be screwing you up, they'll be telling if you don't like this service you go.. and so they'll reason out, what do I expect on a free hosting.. my God I think that was the worsiest technical support response I've ever got.!

@am3n

my account was approved a few days after i've signed up here. That was last week of January, i think! I'm happy with their hosting here! Yet, my site still running on x10hosting but I'm not that interested anymore updating it.

We are very happy to welcome new members at profusehost.net .

About the bad support at free hosts:
You have to understand, that a free host can not offer professional support. There is no money for professional support, but profusehost.net offers post to host service. So if you help others in the forum and offer support to others, then profusehost.net offers more space and bandwidth to you. I think this is one of the most wonderful deals I have ever seen on free hosting market. It is easy for people who know a lot to help the others. Therefore those who join the post to host program get free hosting (with wonderful conditions as others pointed out earlier).

These are the reasons why I decided to host with profusehost.net !

I'm considering Bluehost though. It's not free, but for the amount you pay you're practically getting a Rolce Royce for the price of a Chevy. But I'm not sure. Only reason I'd actually want bluehost is to have more web space (though 2 gig is a lot for free hosting). That way I can have all the download files (clips and .flv's for the flashplayer) on the server of the site instead of links to rapidshare.

I'm really satisfied with Profusehost. There's customer support available and they're really helpful in solving your problems here. Besides that, the server is up and working most of the time.

I've never tried x10hosting though, so I can't give you any comments on it...

For me Profusehost.net is the best ! Nice package, post 2 host feature and support, that is all I need and it is also the reason why I support profusehost.net as a Moderator.
