CSS code to edit bold text of the layout?

im looking for the css code to edit ALL the bold text of my layout

IM NOT TALKING ABOUT JUST <b>

i want to edit the bolded text, like lets say if i wanted to make the bold text the color blue?

i just want the css code for it, i will customize the colors u dont need to customize it for me, ive tried all the codes i know and google cant seem to get what im saying because i just keep getting the <b> code, here is something along with what im talking about

brandon - i should mention this website has tricky css coding this code is actually from their website minus the code for the bold text, the 2nd website you gave is very interesting but it also says alot of their coding is incorrect which its not because a lot of the other coding is correct, i do know how to do css coding but i know not all websites will use the same one, so next time please be a little less rude when answering, also your links both dont tell me how to fix this or what the code is, so thank you for your answer but its unusable
PLEASE EVERYONE REALIZE - that the website im working with has a tricky css system, and dont come on here expecting to be rude because your answer will just be deleted, most of the code above was provided by the website themselves because of their system and what works for them - minus the b line for the bold text
