    Default Is it possible to make people click on my ads by saying "if?

    Is it possible to make people click on my adds by saying "if you are interested in my adds please click on them!!" Or would that be against googles Terms of service?

    Yes it is against googles Terms of service. You can't encourage people to click your ads.
