Jace if you own a legal copy of the game and the cd key does not work so you cracked it you will never be busted, you legally own a valid copy so what you do with it after that as long as it remains on your own pc and in your possession is up to you. The worst they can do is ask you to uninstall it and contact the game company for a new cd key so that you don't need the crack.
