    The word Hacker is not used with the proper meaning here. The word referred should be Cracker(Though there are still controversies).

    Those erring should be punished for sure! But then you do not stop making mistakes and getting caught until you learn everything about something. The problem here is that white hat hackers will find ways to get in your network and tell you about it. You can not stop it! Where there is technology, there is a hole.
    Black hats are the only ones who bring bad name to this trade. Sad. =/

    Sometimes govt.s influence genius programmers to become hacker. This way they can find the security holes in their systems. It’s like bug testing stuffs or you can say testing a website after creating it with free testers.hackers are gonna survive one way oranother.you can’t stop it.somehow they attacks.

    Whatever law one imposes to curb the hacker, there would always be a way in which the cracker escapes. The cracker also cracks the holes in the law.
