    Default Good PC...

...Strategy game ?? I've been playin Command & Conquer Generals for a while, and it's the best strategy game I've played so far, I tried Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, War Craft, Medieval Total War and a few more .... so does anyone have any suggesting on a good strategy game ???

Ok, I'll recommend World in Conflict, the only problem is, that it's system requirements are extremely heavy, so just prepare to tone the graphics down if your computer can't run it. Also Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 is fun (even though its 2d), the game play is incredible, and its relatively cheap. Also Command and Conquer 3 is not bad either (similar to generals, but more sci-fi)

do you want strategy or a build and fight game?? for another kind like you have been playing you can try stronghold its fun a little different but good if you want straight strategy then you can also try the Myst series where you solve puzzles and games to figure things out.

i would suggest you to try out Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 for a change or Sniper Elite, i think this would be a good change for you & your skills in gaming most preferably fighting & shooting games.. try it out my friend

If you can settle on low-settings (if you play CaC you can) you can run WiC fine. Just turn the resolution down a bit.

Also, if you want to get a bit better graphics you might want to crank up your graka. If you've got some extra money laying around I'd suggest the 8800 GT. Best card out there at the moment and it's 'just' 250 USD. OC it a bit and you've got yourself a card that can match the 8800 GTX for less then half the price.

Uh.. I didn't really like the graphics to be very honest. But then I'm not really a RTS fan and don't know how to judge them.
Mem space, virtual? Uh.. right.. that's for exteeeeemly bad cards. You don't want that "hypermemory" like tech, it's shitty.

Yeah shared memory and onboard graphics are just crap, the second i see shared memory on a pc or laptop, i skip it. Even a cheap graphics card, like an 8600gt will blow any onboard graphics out of the water.
