Default Will Bush n Cheney attack Iran before their time is up?

Interesting read and let's just pray that they don't attack Iran before they leave the whitehouse.

The abrupt resignation yesterday of the top U.S. commander in the Middle East, Admiral William J. "Fox" Fallon, has sparked a new round of speculation that President Bush and Vice President Cheney have some sort of plan in the works to attack Iran before their time is up.

Fallon's resignation -- or firing -- was apparently precipitated in part by a recent Esquire profile that depicted him as brazenly pushing back against the White House hawks eager to launch another war.

I hope they do not ! In my opinion it is not the right way to force others to do what I want them to do. And as you see in the iraq war bush already made a mistake, so it might be good to prevent him from doing the next one.

I really hope McCain will when the time is right ( he just has to win. Otherwise the US is doomed IMO. I'm sort of conservative BTW).

Iran is ok, it's just their government, they can not be trusted if you ask me. The people are very kind though.

There are so many people I do not like, but it is not my decision to shut them up, also I sometimes really like to. Some of them are my teachers others are people I other ways depend on. Also I do not like them I have to work with them.

I do not understand why the US President is allowed to shut others up who do not fit his way of view. It is not his decision who is the right man for government in Iran. The people in Iran have to vote for their government.

That is what I think !

what is soo conservative about attacking a country. I would appreciate it if you can please add neo when you use the word conservative. For example, "I am a neo-conservative and we love attacking countries even when they pose no threat to us".

Where did you get that idea that Iran will attack USA. Where are you getting this information?

So let me get this right - we have already pissed off many by attacking Iraq and after attacking Iran, we will make things right? Do you truly think Iraqi's love us and If we attack Iran, they will love us too?? why not spread the message of democracy without using bombs and guns? why not be good role models, so people around the world see us and try to replicate it??

We are already hated by many and you want more people to hate us.

Let Iranians stand on their own and I know they will at some point. We don't need to go into Iran and turn it into another Iraq. Did you know Iraqi civilian death tool stands anywhere from 100,000 to 1 million??? Do you care about human life??

read up on neo-conservative - Neoconservatism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

so, please don't use the word conservative because you bring shame to those who are true conservatives.

He thinks he is making the world a better place but in reality he is generating more hatred. These neo-cons are ruining our country's name. All they want to do is attack every countries after countries. They get a kick out of it. They are scared as hell and they think people are out to get them and don't realize that with these wars we are spreading more hatred. They never sit down and ask why people attack us and the true reason is because we keep meddling with their personal business. This hatred is spreading and it will spread more if Iran is attacked.

I didn't link the conservative part with the part of attacking Iran. McCain would probably attack them, he's said it himself. The government of Iran is absolutely crap and the people mostly hate their leaders. They want normal law and not the sharia. I've lived in a country where the law was the koran (they were much milder then Iran though). Trust me, the people don't like it.

I am conservative, NOT neo-conservative. I like Romney quite a bit more than McCain. If you ask me, McCain is slightly too progressive, but Romney is out of the 'race' so then I'll have to move on to McCain.

The Iraqi people (the not orthodox ones) are pretty happy with the actions of the USA. I've asked them. Though it's time to leave, they've done a pretty good job. In the end it has pretty much worked out.

The people in Iran have to vote for their government.
Oh, yeah. One problem: Iran doesn't have a real democracy.

Seriously, I think you guys know nothing about them. I've lived in the east. My dad lived in a country where your hands will be taken if you oppose the government (though it actually was the best time of his life. You just may not have an opinion). Now in my dads case the country was ruled pretty good. Iran, however, isn't.

Think it over. A country ruled by the Koran and everything is taken in a very literal way, why WOULDN'T it attack the USA. As I said, the Iranians are fine, it's only their government..

I read the article. Trust me, I'm conservative.

Sure I do not know the Iraq, but why do you think you know what is best for those people ? Only cause it worked for you ?

I have a plan, too. Why do not the United States allow every Iranian who want to, to come to the USA so he can try if he prefers the Iran or the USA.

What I do not understand is why is anybody allowed to attack somebody before this somebody has done anything bad ? Sure it was not that nice what happened in Iraq but nothing has changed now ! It is even worse !
