    Default McCain Believes Wiretapping is Constitutional !!!

    A top adviser to Senator John McCain says McCain believes that President George W. Bush's program of wiretapping without warrants was lawful, a position that appears to bring him into closer alignment with the sweeping theories of executive authority pushed by the Bush administration legal team. In a letter posted online by National Review this week, the adviser, Douglas Holtz-Eakin, said McCain believed that the Constitution gave Bush the power to authorize the National Security Agency to monitor Americans' international phone calls and e-mail without warrants, despite a 1978 federal statute that required court oversight of surveillance.

    He's just asking to get less votes. Who would want to be wiretapped? Nobody, but he's essentially advocating it. Why do important political figures think that they are entitled to break any law, disregard the constitution, and more? Barack Obama has got m vote.

    @zztech:
    At least he's not a populist like Obama seems to be.

    You'll see, you all are going to hate having voted for Obama, I'm possitive.

    I agree completely, BOoBOo. Neither Democrats or Republicans are very good, it's just that in my opinion, Democrats are the lesser of two evils.

    Thing is, we'll never get any of the other party/independent people in office because they just cannot get enough votes, because the main two parties dominate everything.

    Shady past?

    The lies spread about Obama are not true at all. He never was involved in any kind of terrorist activity.

    WireTapping is fine as long as we know that the one we are tapping is not a 'good citizen'. No what you do to define some one that, is upto you.

    But what a good citizen is is subjective. Therefore, you can't determine that always, therefore, stay the fuck out of my emails and phone calls. Oh wait. I don't live in America.
