I just tried this "Free Domain" website 2 weeks ago, and after going to 10 ads, I finally got the points to get the domain, so I signed up, and i got my domain! It was so friggen easy, even shamu can do it!

First, you just go to DomainLagoon.com | Get a FREE Domain Name!
And then you just register, comfirm your e-mail, and click on ads that gives you 1.00 point at least. Just fill in 10 ads, and you get 10 points!
If you have 9.95 points, you get the domain!
It is not a scammer site, as i have tried it, and works.

I have been using Microsoft Office Live for over two years now and it is also free providing you have a credit card. Even though it is free you need to give them an active credit card. You get a free domain name with a .com address. I actually have several sites with them and their controll panel is so simple to use there probably will never be a "for dummies" book about it. I built a professional looking site within minutes. It includes detailed reports, easy ftp, a .com name, no posting required, and more. I have become hooked on the PROFUSEhost forms but in contrast to the MOL hosting which I learned in minutes I've been on PFh for 2 months and have not figured out how to put up a website yet.

So for how long the domain is registered and how to renew the domain.. Do we need again to go to ads and fill them for getting the time extended. I once went to such a program and they asked me to buy some things.

I have had my account 2 years now and I have not had to do anything yet. Also I have not been asked to purchase anything. This is also a banner/advertisement free site/domain. It has been totally hassle free.

It looks great, but I would like to know more about it and about renewing it after 1 year.

I checked DomainLagoon.com, but they says "you MUST be in the USA, CANADA or the UNITED KINGDOM". Why are these limited to certain areas? I am in India and do anyone know programs like free domain, which I could join?

Im going to check it out. There are loads of sites offering free domains, most of them are scams. Mabey at last somebody has found a genuine one.#

I dont know what else to write to fill up the 150 characters...

i think the best option for people would be to buy a domain from godaddy with a coupon a .com would cost 7$ & a .info would be 4$

sign up with adsense & create a blog.

simple - make $$$ 10 , 100, 1000 times the domain cost
