So, I've finally decided what to do.
At the moment, the majority of my hardware is already a year old (but running strong, still can max out any game I want, though not with extreme AA and AF), so instead of replacing just one or two things, I've decided to go for a full upgrade in December 2009, or Q1 2010. Seems like far away, but before you know it, it's already that time of the year again for putting up the good 'ol Christmas tree.

Anyway, upgrade includes new motherboard (LGA 775 at the moment, need a new socket for those Westmere CPU's, the successor of the Nehalem ones). With that some (high-end) DDR3 RAM. New cooler, probably.. though I'll first go looking for a new retention kit, if that's not available, then watercooling, maybe. Not sure about that yet.
Some RAID 5 Config. Not sure if that's going to be with 3x 1TB or 3 x 2TB. And last but not least, some SLI config with NV's GT300 chips. Probably GTX380 or something like that.

Hopefully NV will come up with acceptable prices..

i don't trust water cooling, i build custom pc's for friends and sometimes they will want water cooling, i don't mind installing it and getting it primed and ready for use but personally i don't like the idea of a couple of liters of water pumping around a box of electronics XD.
