You have a problem with your motherboard. Check it. Check your slots. If you can't repair it by yourself, get it to a troubleshooter. It may also be a problem with your bios chipset.

How did you type this then? Best option, take it to your hardware vendor.

Well A. It doesn't get the video from the cpu and B. two different things could be happening depending on your hardware layout. If you have a dedicated graphics card (ie something that is ATTACHED TO and not PART OF the motherboard) then check to see if it's properly connected, is there any dust, etc. If you believe it to be broken, check to see if its fan is spinning. If it's not, you have a good chance of it being busto. If you have INBUILT graphics (ie you have no card specifically for graphics, it IS built in to the motherboard) I'm not sure what's happening there. It's unlikely that your motherboard is broken, if that were so the CPU should not be getting power. One thing to try is see if you can borrow a dedicated graphics card (from a friend or somesuch) and see if your system works with that. If so, there's something wrong with your inbuilt graphics.

Oh, and something simple, check the cables are all attached correctly.

To the above, the CPU doesn't make beeps. The motherboard does. Don't try to offer technical support if you don't know what you're talking about guys.

If you are getting BIOS beeps check out this site, it lists what the beep codes are, which will hopefully help you find out what is wrong. Other than that there isn't much we can do from here
