The system should run at an acceptable temperature and aftermarket cooling shouldn't be required, unless you're overclocking or are going to be running the computer somewhere with restricted airflow (which even with better cooling, you shouldn't do).

You should be able to fit any power supply in the case. I think 700 watts might be a bit overkill though, unless you're planning to buy a bunch of extra harddrives or a really power hungry graphics card in the future?

Almost all power supplies are of the same size and fits to all sorts of desktop cabinets. I think 700 watts is somewhat much high. A desktop PC, however high performance it is, will be fine with 500 or even 400Watts. I think the graphics card itself might have a cooling solution and there won't be any need of extra. If you are are so strict about it, place one or two extra fans. But, it might make system noisy...

most power supply below 700w have the same size. but power supply with a wattage of 700 and above are very huge specially my enermax 1000w took most of the upper space in my case

Exclamation cooling system for your system

I would suggest fans, and heat sinks for a relativly cheap way to go about cooling. Although if you are looking for something supreme so your system will have low temps, you will need a water cooling system... you can look these up on the net. Or you can just spend the money on getting a better video card or processor. I wouldn't suggest any low end nvidia card or processor for your needs.

As long as you keep the surroundings of the ATX cabinet clean and cool, I don't think that you will need a cooling kit. But, if you work with memory intensive applications for a long time, you will need an extra (or two) fan/heat sink. A water cooled system is an over kill. Suggested only for servers.
