i need to do a evaluation on a already finished in game advertising market review.

the previous person did a market review on the plan, with data showing actual results of the game advertising and other data showing that the method have worked for the clients. now its my turn to evaluate this review by making it more like a evaluation form with the idea of making the data easier to read so people who doesnt understand the data can get it and also leave the idea of wanting the clients to comeback for more.

so how may i approach this? and what steps or samples?
