I can't use Google adsense because of the US trade sanction, and I want to make money on the Internet so bad.

I think Iran is banned in most countries, so you will have a hard time doing any transactions with any outside companies. Best thing i can recommend right now is just to work on your site and get proper ranking. Hopefully in the future you will be able to utilize Google. You can also try selling products online to people in your country. Maybe start a ebay type site in Iran.
